Same here. That is what it was when I got it over a year ago and my subscription renewed a month ago with the 25% discount. No way in my account to now use the 50% discount. I am going to try to contact them and see if I can get it changed to the new 50% discount.

I just contacted them about renewing the 50% off that I have been getting the past few years ...
They are not offering That discount at this time they said, but as a continuing sub, they did offer me 30% off which I thought about and eventually took ... I mentioned, Do they have anything going yet foe Black Friday, they had none yet.
They reminded me that if I did see something for Black Friday better, that I could always Cancel my current one and sign up for that one.

Go to the link I posted above, verify your service, get the coupon code, go to your Paramount+ account and there is a section to apply the coupon. Then call them and tell them you want a credit otherwise it doesn’t apply until your next renewal.

Tried doing a chat but no agents available. Tried calling and only got a recording and no way to talk to anyone. I will try again tomorrow during the weekday.

Provided its a current screen shot, regardless as long as he hasn't cancelled , he should get it.
Once he cancels and then later re ups, its whatever they offer at the time.

Tried chat again and finally got someone on the other end to help me. First off...their chat system sucks and you have to answer endless questions before the bot will hand you off to a live person. Also don't open more than one tab in your web browser that is using the chat or the competing tabs will end the chat in the other tab and if that happens you have to start all over.

Sadly for me my annual plan just renewed back in October with the 25% off military discount. They did remove that from my account and I was able to add in the new code for the 50% off military discount and it shows the 50% off promo in my account. However it won't take effect until October 2025 when my current annual plan is set to renew again. Not the solution I was hoping for but better than not getting it all so I will still have the 25% off for the current plan and then next year it will renew at the 50% off for the lifetime of my subscription.

I think what I will do is to go through the cancel process next August and initiate the 50% at that time.

The only issue with that is they may not still be offering it next August.

I could always cancel today, maybe it would honor my sub through August. Then after cancelling resub with the 50%.

If you cancel now...you will still have access to Paramount+ until the cancellation takes effect next August and you will not be refunded for any fees you have paid. I am not sure if it will let you resub while your account is still good until August. It may let you do it but the 50% off would not take effect until the new sub starts in August which is pretty much how mine is working in the October months.

The one thing the chat agent was able to do was to remove the 25% off code from my account. There was no way for me to add the 50% off code until he removed the 25% code.

Just go to the link, verify your service, get the code. Enter it in the coupon area of your account. It should override and renew at the 50% discount next August. Mine renews in February at the new discount.
