One Intl. Channel No Signal

I have a 1000+ dish with 4 LNBs. All the channels work except the one free international channel, KBSWorld on 9394. It's been out for about 2 days. It gives an Error 002 code and searches Satellite 118 / Transponder 17. Is there any guides on how to get it back working or should I get a DISH involved?
