No Volumn on Playback

I have v.1.2.4 and get a "unable to parse stream address from page, error code STR103" - yet it shows the music is recording. On playback there is no volumn. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Please open a support ticket for this issue.

Only when recording from an external USB audio line-in, had to tell the computer to record from the external but play back on the insternal sound system.
