Games tonight and tomorrow night on FOX:

tonight- Bengals at Falcons
tomorrow night- Lions at Ravens

both games at 8:00pm ET

With no team here, i'd pay to watch a preseason game between probably any two teams. Not $60 or something though.

I am hopeful that once there is an 18 game season that perhaps regular neutral site games can be introduced into the schedule, allowing a number of other cities to host NFL games, preseason or otherwise.

I have a feeling the NFLs version of neutral site would be like games in London, Toronto, Mexico City...

Oh I agree, but if there were ~64 neutral site games per year, there would be much more variety than the usual big venues.

I don't think anything is automatic, especially with the largely overblown gambling issue, but it's one of the many things that would have to happen to even get a chance.

Worst case, in a decade or so maybe the high speed rail from Vegas to California will connect to the high speed rail they've been talking about creating in California, and every NFL game there is just a train ride away :)

As it is, looks like Seattle is away unfortunately when I'll be in town in October, and some friends are kicking around the idea of driving to Arizona for a weekend and catching a couple sporting events there.

It's a cheap flight to Denver from Vegas to see KC play.... or even flying to KC itself?

I know it doesn't mean anything but the Bengals are 2-0. :D

a win tonight would be HUGE for us!!!!! :haha

Seems the Raiders and the city of Oakland met about a new stadium.

NFL meets with Oakland officials about Raiders stadium - Inside Bay Area

It would be nice if the Raiders played in a modern stadium. The O.co Stadium is an old(46 years old) piece of sh17 that seriously needs to be replaced. The Golden State Warriors are getting a new stadium in SF, the 49ers have a pledge from the league for $300 million for a new stadium in Santa Clara.

Too bad the '9ers and the Raiders could not work something out the way the Giants and Jets did.

Maybe they will move to L.A. to get their new stadium.

It's only preseason, but Calvin Johnson makes catches look so easy, espcially when you think he is covered

Way too many injuries after last nights game. Ford...ankle sprain, Lienart's had to get stitched for hand, RB Mike Goodson with injury to shoulder, stating weakness ...not good especially after neck surgery, DHB's sprained shoulder...

..then add nagging hammy injury to Moore...damn!

...Raiders fans show their colors.....

Jesse Nance · Mesa, Arizona
I was at the Cardinals game, and it was a Raiders fan who shot a Cardinals fan. It's because Raiders fans are a bunch of gangbanging thugs. The entire game, Raiders fans were starting fights and being forced from the Stadium by the Cops. Two of them fought with the Arizona State Troopers, one was injured. I was watching raiders fans after raiders fans, starting fights and being tossed out the entire game, so often that I wasn't even watching the game. I've been to plenty of Cards games, but not anything like this. Raiders fans are the worst fans in the world.

More Injuries Hitting Broncos Hard
Well the training camp injury bug is biting the Broncos hard in the butt this week with injuries sidelining players at key positions. If this continues, the much praised depth of the team won't count for much as they will enter the season weak at some important positions.

To recap from this new Post article:http://www.denverpost.com/broncos/ci_21323481/injuries-hitting-hard
And the Broncos still lost starters Chris Kuper and Jason Hunter to injuries Tuesday that were so severe, both underwent surgery Wednesday. Hunter is likely finished for the season and Kuper is expected to miss the first three games of the regular season.

Jason Hunter: Hunter's tendon is 95% torn and he won't be ready to return to practice until December. He will be placed on the IR to start the season and so will be done for the year. He "felt something wrong" but in the manner of guys trying to make a roster said to himself "I'm a football player" and continued to practice which may have aggravated the injury (or maybe it was already that bad).

Hunter's injury was especially sad in that he had a great pre-season and actually was winning the starting job from Robert Ayers. His loss for the season is significant.

Chris Kuper: Kuper will miss the first few weeks of the season as well with a broken forearm and will take some time even after he returns to get back to full strength. Manny Ramirez is filling in at G, which is a BIG drop off from Kuper, who is their best OL (even better than Clady IMO). Kuper will at the earliest return on week 4 against the Raiders.

Keith Brooking: New Bronco Keith Brooking who was brought in this week to back up Wesley Woodyard during DJ's six game suspension also injured his hamstring and now will likely miss the entire pre-season. This means they won't even be able to evaluate how much gas is left in the tank given his 36 year old body prior to the start of the regular season. OUCH! He also will likely not be at 100% by the season's start as hamstring injuries tend to linger, especially as you get older.

Quinton Carter: Quinton Carter already has had knee surgery and is missing most of the pre-season. He should be ready to go by week 1 but it also slows his development. In his absence 2nd year safety Rahim Moore has been taking his place and could start week 1.

Ronnie Hillman: And to round out the list of walking wounded, rookie RB Ronnie Hillman re-injured his hamstring this week and will likely sit out the 2nd pre-season game. If he aggravated the severity of his injury that could also haunt him this season.

If Hillman can't go to start the season, Lance Ball looks to get the nod to backup Willis McGahee.

DJ Williams: DJ Williams: While not due to injury, DJ was just convicted for driving while impaired, a lesser charge than DUI, but one which will still subject him to an additional league sanction. He could miss the first 8 to 10 weeks of the season now and there is a question as to whether the Broncos will now keep him on the roster. Yet he is their 2nd best LB behind Von Miller so this is a big loss.

The Broncos Peyton Manning is still healthy though and that's the most important thing. (Fingers crossed)

Unfortunately, injuries are a big part of the game. Can't use the canard that the preseason should be reduced to prevent "unnecessary" injuries,as these injuries occurred in the 2 game window of what a reduced pre-season would be. Matt Leinart is having really bad luck trying to make it in the NFL. His big chance to shine with the Texans ended with a broken collarbone & I honestly thought they took him out last night(on a cart) because of a concussion. You just have to wonder if it is meant for him to play in the NFL.
