NFL 2009-10 Season

Nowhere in the press conference did Cable say he did not punch him. He said no comment. So unless Cable or the Raiders come out and say he did or didn't do it. It is all speculation and opinions.

Ramy, that was YESTERDAYS' press conference. In the link I posted this morning, Mark Schlereth said that HE...not a source...not a reporter...not a flunking sent by ESPN...but HE SPOKE TO THE COACH and Cable TOLD HIM...HIM...that he never hit the guy.

...it is on the link I posted with a video TODAY....but yet you guys are talking about YESTERDAYS press conference.

...why believe your lying eyes...? LOL!

again...that was YESTERDAY AFTERNOON....this video link was for last night....

Right, you already made that point, I was making mine. He's playing the semantics game with Schlereth, and it looks like Mortenson knows why, from PFT:

ESPN's Mark Schlereth -- who should be disclosing to the ESPN audience that he played college football with Cable at Idaho -- continues to wave the flag for his former teammate, insisting that no punches were thrown.

ESPN's Chris Mortensen has added some facts, reporting that "Hanson broke a facial bone when his cheek hit a cabinet in a team meeting room when Cable flipped him out of his chair."

So 'no comment' indeed... that's why he couldn't say he wasn't involved, if what Mort says is true all of the potential problems for him still exist as if he'd just punched the guy.

And Schefter's reason for reporting the same thing?....

So as I stated....he DID NOT PUNCH the guy. And AS STATED in the video that I posted, it was not a punch, but in a very intense meeting with all the coach. Apparently this little weasel was bitching about another coach by swearing at him, and either Cable shoved/pulled the chair where this guy had some facial injuries that needed to be treated by a hospital emergency room.....as stated in the video.. ...

....geez guys...

Eh, not me, the guys on the field are putting themselves at risk enough, workplace safety is a pretty big deal... but apparently not to all. Getting physical one way or another with a coworker is not acceptable, it really doesn't matter what they say or do. What do you think would happen if you did that at work? Anyways, we'll see what happens once the facts are straightened out.

As to your reply to my previous post, you could have just said 'i agree', no need to get all defensive.

you mean THEY could have said that....I stated it from the beginning...but oh well....

WTF is up with Favre? Is is truly that indecisive, or does he really hate training camp? Either way, his act must be getting real old with him teammates.
