NFL 2009-10 Season

Yep. Like I said.....until ALL the info gets processed, I will take a wait and see approach. I am now officially on the "innocent until proven guilty" bandwagon.:yes

....or at least try to be...:D

Oh please. You know it happened. The Raiders will try and cover it up and keep it internal as long as they can. You can't deny these sources. Cable's a thug. How do you explain Hanson's broken jaw? It will all come out soon enough. You're too naive.

He's Baaaaaack!.... maybe

Call it a hunch, but Jay Glazer from Fox Sports has predicted that Favre will be back in camp with the Vikings within the next few weeks!

After visiting the Vikings for two days, I am convinced — positively convinced — that Brett Favre will soon have talks with the Vikings to return to the team and could be joining them for this season after all. If my instincts are correct, all those purple Favre jerseys will have a home on Minnesota store shelves.

LMAO!!

IF you can name ONE SOURCE with credibility, I will give you "thug" comment.

Cables denies it. And ESPN is the 1st to report that Cable did not hit him. Their two best analyst, Adam Schefter and Mark Schlereth, report he was never punched.

Every other news outlet so far has the same news as yesterday. So, I am siding with Cable.

But please, don't let THAT stop you from your usual knee-jerk reaction....

But Cable DIDN'T deny it. He said "no comment". I listened to the interview. Talk to meStevo, he even posted his exact comments. The fact that he didn't deny it is what leads me to believe there's something more to this.

And the Schlereth/Schefter reports said it is their "opinion" that he didn't punch him. They don't know for sure. It's up to each individual to form their own theory. Me, I'm skeptical.... :)

According to McNabb HIMSELF, it was all HIS idea to bring Vick in back in March.

Interesting.
i hope this idea doesn't backfire on him if you know what i mean ;) some are looking at this as if mcnabb without realizing it is helping someone else take over his job. i don't completely agree with that.

Well, both have 2 years on their contracts. We'll see which one they keep when their contracts are up....

The one on ESPN last night. Plus, your link you posted is titled "Cable denies punching Hanson", yet there isn't even a single quote with him denying anything! Look for yourself.

Here's the exact quote...

"It's an internal issue that we are dealing with, and that's all I'm going to say," said Cable, who repeated the phrase when questioned if he was involved. "I'm not going to comment on that."

Not commenting and denying are two separate things. If he denied it, you'd have a case, but he hasn't done so.

Look at the video WITH the story. Mark Schlereth stated in the video Tom Cable TOLD HIM PERSONALLY that a punch was never thrown.

ooohhhh who's going on mysterious sources now? I want quotes. So far, the only quote I've seen is the one by Cable saying "no comment". If he didn't hit anyone, why hasn't he said so TO THE PUBLIC? And why is his team chanting Cable Boomei?! LMAO! Come on, you're not that naive are you?

The WHY would he tell Mark Schlereth that he did not hit him? To a reporter, that would report it?!! There is no "mysterious source" because the source is Cable HIMSELF. But I guess you didn't see the video?

I dunno. That's his opinion. Maybe he's in bed with Cable or Skeletor, I dunno. All I do know is what I heard word for word straight from the horses mouth. (I did see the video btw. Doesn't show Cable saying anything I didn't already say).

This is all I'm going to speak on this topic. No need to be argumentative about a silly topic. Nice sig btw. :)

And they ask me why I argue so much. You have a video from a reporter stating it's the coach who IS the source...and now you have a conspiracy of the coaches and ESPN reporters all sleeping in the same bed.....

*sigh* Oh GOD.....next subject please....

Not in the mood for this everyday bull****.....

JEEZ!!!! Stop it already.

It's fine to have an opinion but gee wiz guys.

Nowhere in the press conference did Cable say he did not punch him. He said no comment. So unless Cable or the Raiders come out and say he did or didn't do it. It is all speculation and opinions.
