NFL 2009-10 Season

Speaking of Eric Hipple, he took one of the worst hits I've ever seen a QB take.

I searched the net and found it:

Jets / Titans should have been a 1 pm game from thebeginning.

I haven't looked at the schedule, but there's a rule that the Jets and Giants can't play in the same time slot.

If one plays at 1:00 PM, the other must play at 4:00 PM (unless of course one of them is playing a night game).

Bills have traded their LT to the Eagles for the Eagles second 1st rd. pick, and the 4th rd. pick and an undisclosed pick next season. Speculation was that the Bills didn't want the LT's contract demands to be a distraction for the team. What do they think TO will be?

Never heard that one before, even if one team is on the road or both are on the road ?

It doesn't matter where they're playing, the Jets and Giants can't be on in same window, whether it's a 1:00 PM or 4:00 PM kickoff. That's why you see a lot of Jets and Giants games start at 4.

NFL moved the Jets game to 1 PM for game 3.

Wow, they even lifted the Jets/Giants same time rule:

As a result of the schedule change, the Titans-Jets and Giants-Buccaneers games will be televised head-to-head on different networks. The Giants are on the road for both Jewish holidays, with a game at Dallas at 8:20 p.m. in Week 2, and the game at Tampa, Fla., the following Sunday.

Stupid move in trading your best OT and blocker of your QB's blind-side.

Without Jason Peters, I don't see how Trent Edwards can consistently have enough time to throw down-field to Owens.
