New D10 Receiver!!!

Just bought a new D10 receiver and it came with an access card. I am swapping out an old RCA receiver to use it. I called DTV to make the swap but they said that their systems are down.

Can this done on the website??? If so...how???

Nope. Out of luck until systems are back up.

I got an R10 today and haven;t been able to use it yet.

This system issue has been going on for well over a week now. This is rediculous.

They activated my D10 in Friday fine !

call 1-800-531-5000 today; everything's back up

Called and have my R10 activated now.
