FSU hasn't looked good all season yet they dont drop from #1? Someone please explain how FSU can even be ranked in the top 5? They got 41 hung on them from an unranked team and had to come from 21 down to win. I seem to recall some other come from behind wins as well against nobodys. Yet Bama trounces a couple nobodys and drops to 3? WTF?

Bama also has had that benefit in other years, not playing well at #1 but still winning and stay at #1... other teams as well ... that said, I thought FSU was going down, then pulled away late ....

Hmmm, I thought the same about the Buckeyes this week ...

I forgot to add that it was 41 points AT HOME. And they play no one the entire season except ND. And I could understand keeping Bama at one in close games against ole miss, Georgia, miss state, A&M, LSU, Aburn etc. those are real teams unlike the Creampuff ACC. FSU would finish .500 in the SEC.

They have recognized the power conference in football well before they became partners in the new network however.

As to them talking them up, what would You expect them to do? They kept winning, should they talk them down? On field results speak for themselves.

I didn't know that there were anymore espn reporters left, thought they had all been suspended ...

Personally, the only time I watch espn is for a game, other than that, I just bypass thier station.
