NCAA Football 2013 Off season discussion thread

Too early to be trolling but I can go get a few articles from the same hacks that says the same thing about the sec or any other conference too. However I'm gonna watch some CFL and enjoy some live football starting this week.

Facts is Facts. We can all have our opinions but we cant have our own facts. The SEC last year broke the Record for most players taken from a conference in the NFL draft. And currently has the most players in the NFL of any conference. They also had the most #1s this year and last year and the year before... Not to mention 8 in a row National titles, and the best bowl record in the country.

Last I looked we were in the ncaa thread and not the nfl thread.

Funny some hack at the sporting news says the big 12 has the weakest out of conference shedule yet CBS ranks the big 12 and sec as the same for ooc schedules and says OU has the toughest ooc schedule in the nation. Go play your numbers anyway you want. I just want to watch some good football without falling asleep in a 3-0 snooze fest

No a game that has never scene and doesn't even know the definition or meaning of offense. Look it up snooze fest, commonly referred to as sec football.

There are several really good offenses in the sec. I think it's more accurate to say that the defenses in most other conferences for many (not all) teams, are simply inferior to what the sec plays.
Many a time those vaunted offenses have not measured up head to head against a better defense in bowl games, or the "bad" offense of those Sec teams find new life against other conferences.

Yall will most likely get a shot to change it this year. Coming off a strong season, and the weak schedule should most likely put yall at a high ranking with an easy road to the game.

So....pretty much the same as the sec teams usually have.

Not exactly. The SEC (and every other conference has some cream puffs on the OOC scheduling, no doubt about that), but find my a contender that has an easier way to the title than OSU. Even Big 12 teams would take that schedule, and that is saying something.

In the game we are all talking about we should note that between Alabama and LSU that year you could of filled an entire NFL Defense. That is how many players from both teams got drafted on the defense side of the ball. With out a doubt that was the two best defenses in the country if not the 2 best defenses ever to play against each other in the college level (There has never been so many NFL drafts in the same title game as that game just fyi)

espn2 is the third option out of 4 for the Buckeyes.
1. ABC
2. ESPN
3. espn2
4. B10 network

Could have been on B10 Net, but probably wanted the first game on a network that everyone got.

Pretty good list, most of these have stayed more or less the same for years. Although, oddly enough, the number one on the list has played with theirs recently when it comes to colors and one offs.

Of course that would be very hard to do seeing they change thier uni's every WEEK.

Which is exactly why they are not on a list of iconic uniforms. There are a few I see missing. Tennessee is one, Oklahoma is another.
