Honestly, as far as Notre Dame goes, I think this weekend will end that nonsense. They have surprised alot of people, but the schedule will catch up with them, and this is the start of it IMO.

Some great matchups this weekend though. The Oklahoma/ND game. The cocktail party. Bama vs Miss State. T Tech/Kansas State.

The BCS picture will become more clear, or get murky as hell. lol
Same could be said about Alabama. The only 2 teams they've played that were supposed to be good (Michigan & Arkansas) have imploded this year. The rest of their schedule so far is pretty week. Notre Dame has beaten some good teams (Syracuse), no reason they shouldn't continue.
So I wouldn't be throwing any stones until Alabama plays some good teams (LSU & A&M).

I think you misunderstood my point. I was not criticizing NDs schedule. I was stating that with all of the teams that they play, it is only a matter of time before the luck runs out. I feel that it will this weekend, and possible a time or two after. Honestly, I am surprised that it has not already. They have won, but to me, they have not appeared all that impressive.

Oh, and when has ND played Syracuse? I do not see them on the schedule at all. Even if they were, at 3-4 I do not know if I would call them "good", and if they are the measure of a good team, then Bama's schedule is looking better by the minute. ;)

I meant Stanford. :D

Lol, I figured as much.

That said, Im not that sold on them either. Loss to ND, would be respectable enough. A loss to a 3-4 Washington though, that is suspect.

Id rate Michigan above them on NDs schedule. They also have two losses, and both were to top 5 teams.

Watching Florida and Georgia QBs makes me feel better about LSU's Mettenberger (as we're not alone). Theses guys are terrible.

Well technically this is the worse JD has played all year. He seems very rattled, but its not all his fault, that GA D has been on his butt all game, we are not blocking to save our lives. But good news for us is it is a 1 point game, and FLA has absolutely dominated the second half against everyone they have played. So I like our odds.

Florida has blown this one, or maybe they just did not have it. Looks like the dawgs in the SEC cg.

I am bummed. I thought Florida and Bama had a SEC CG agreement. It will be different without them.
