I'm not sure why the Buckeyes don't run thier No Huddle or Quick offense more often, they went to it in the last 5 minutes and scored 14 points in a hurry ....
So before the season I was talking about how Id be hopeful if FLA is 3rd best in the SEC East... Now after 4 games in, and watching Jeff play at QB Ill be disappointed if we do not win the SEC East... Driskel has really shown that he is one of the elite QBs in the SEC. Aside from maybe AJ M, I dont think there is a QB playing better in the SEC. I mean this kid has NFL level accuracy and reading ability. He seems to ALWAYS put the ball exactly where it needs to be, where only his guys can catch it and always catches them in the best position. (IE: in perfect stride so they can get yards after catch). He did throw his first interception of the season today but it was a toss up pass to the endzone in double coverage, shouldnt of made the throw he was trying to force it mistake.
Not only does this kid have an amazing arm and ability to read the routes/defense and find the receivers but the kid has a set of legs on him and is not afraid to get dirty. He will stand in the pocket and make the hard pass even when he knows he is about to get slammed, or break out the pocket with his legs and make the play continue. Not to mention he has some get up the field quick type speed and will plow down defenders rather than sliding.
The kid is not quite Tebow but it certainly is a good comparison.

Wow. What a turn around for Cade foster. Bamas field goal kickers last year were the butt of a lot of jokes after last year's lsu game.
Foster is now 4 of 5 from beyond 50 yards this year. Just hit another from 52, and the one he missed hit the upright darn it.

Put VT in their place? lol what? did you even watch that game?? VT lost the game but Boise St didn't put nobody in their place...amazing. You can't compare games either - two different years and two different teams. I'm glad Boise St isn't in the discussion no more, damn glad!
But anyway... moving on. Just got back from watching VT put the hammer back down on Bowling Green..same team that gave a good Florida team hell a few weeks ago 37-0 was a good ending to getting back on the ball and getting the job done! Had my 5 year old at the game - he loved it, he can prob get to another next year - only 3 left which is Duke, FSU and UVA. The FSU vs VT game on a Thursday night will be amazing and sure fire electrifying!

Oregon st just upset UCLA...that should hurt USC's poll numbers a little too. Miami took GT to over time and won which was a good game from the little bit I was able to watch. Time to pull for Auburn and FSU for remainder of night.
What a game between The U anf GTech. The U went ahead 19-0. GTech scored 36 straight points to take a 36-19. The U scored 17 straight points to tie with a TD in the final 28 seconds. Then with a big 4th an goal stop in OT and 25 yard TD in possession for a OT win at GTech 42-36. Wow....

yeah I listened to most on way home and managed to watch the ending... good game, glad to see GT go down again in OT lol. That should do it for them in the Coastal.
I recorded the game and noticed I didn't add any extra time...sounds like a missed a great ending.

You cut too much on GT's defense - they are not that bad but they do need a bunch of work.

Hard to say, Michigan hasn't won anything of significance, and got steamrolled by 'bama. So not really a "huge" victory for Notre Damn.
I don't know why the announcers are not giving K-State any respect. They act totally surprised that K-State is in this game. OU's injuries, mistakes and Jones still panicking under pressure are killing them. K-State with Colin Klein are the real deal.
I really think OU would be better served finding a way to get Blake Bell on the field with Landry Jones. No one has been able to stop Bell. Direct snap to him a few times and throw some variety into the offense, of course I don't get paid $5 million to coach these games.
