Pretty much over now. Kind of shocked. I thought they had more than that.

Give Miami's defense and running game credit. And the showing against Maryland just showed you how big some of the missing players were needed, especially on defense.

Oh i give them credit. I guess I was just giving OSU too much credit.
Good game, and congrats.

We still don't know if Miami's secondary is any good, I don't think the Buckeyes ever threw the ball over 5 yards.
Even on Defense they dropped a few throws that would have made it close.

Miami played much better than OSU did and deserve to win tonight.

OSU needs to catch the ball.
I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the Bucks QB situation, the SR. couldn't do anything and they wouldn't let the freshman play, they kept bouncing around the QB';s, how can you expect to get any consistency.

When the Buck get thier suspended players back they will be MUCH better, with a Veteran RB and WR ...

Well, you cannot assume that because then you are insinuating that every pass the Buckeyes QB threw were all dropped...and was not the case. Having back a couple of the defensive line helped put alot of pressure on the QB and it looked like the coaching staff tried too many complicated WR routes...Miami secondary is too fast. There was only 1 player for Ohio State that was fast as Miami's team, and that was that #7 running back.

They could be said about Miami. They still have 3 suspended players, including one of their best WR and one of their best defensive linemen. If I am not mistaken, didn't Ohio State get 3 players back for this game...?

My point was not to say that they weren't good in thier secondary, just that the Bucks couldn't get that far to SEE the secondary.

Bucks have a few players as fast as some of the Miami players, some are still suspended.
Also, not ALL Miami players are speed burners. They have some, but NOT EVERYBODY.

Not the guys involved in the Pryor mess. None of the guys they got back were starters last year.

Oh I know you meant that. But that had alot to do with the fact that it looks like the Ohio State O-line is a much better run blocking group than a pass blocking line.

Bucks will do fine this year, not up to typical standards, but the D will win some for them and hopefully Miller will get in enough to get comfortable and become a College QB.

They will lose 3-4 games this year .... and move on to build for next year.

Also disappointed in Fickells clock management.
Not calling time outs to kill the clock was bad, only thing I can think of is he was hoping that they could keep Miami out of the endzone on that last drive.

Current WR's are all first year guys maybe 1 was a there last year but I'm not sure, a few from last year are out with injuries.

Miami's run game is much better than I expected, but they have speed there and that always helps.
Ohio State has a few young RB's that are gonna be very good with time.

we should look at these teams in about 8 weeks and see where they are progress wise.

PLEEEEASE.
You OBVIOUSLY didn't watch the game.

Lets play in about 4 more weeks and it will be a much better game.

I did watch much of the game back and fourth between that and fsu game.. The final score 24-6 OSU got spanked. No doubt about it. Out played on both sides of the ball. OSUs size was no match for Miamis speed.

Whoever had the bright idea to make OSU/Tulsa a 9:15 kickoff for tv was an idiot. It is pouring buckets of rain here with lightning now and the stadium was cleared right before kickoff. Still waiting to start.

Big East Expansion?

When will Ohio State get the final resolution from the NCAA?
