NCAA Football 2008-09 Season

Thoughts on the Late Saturday Games:

1. Boy has Missouri fallen to earth. Guess I'll be sticking to the Pac-10 in picks. :)

2. The ACC should just forfeit it's BCS bid.

3. Nice tough win for LSU.

4. Late night snack, Cal at Arizona...the battle for the last stumbling blocks to USC.

How far will Mizzou drop in the polls? 22nd?

Probably still stay in the top 20. Afterall, they did play the #1 team in the country right now (although they allowed them their highest point total so far). I say 17.

Texas' points scored average is pretty impressive now that they've played both Oklahoma and Missou. Still not seeing much defense in the Big 12. :)

Tulsa scored 77 points today, have averaged over 56 a game, and are undefeated as the class of Conference USA .

I want the Golden Hurricane in a BCS game!

Why? They're not that good of a team. Boise St and Utah represent the best chance to be BCS busters.

At the time I didn't realize it, but it's just too bad that BC lost that game to Georgia Tech.......otherwise the Eagles would be undefeated.

BC was winning for most of that game, but Georgia Tech came back in the fourth quarter to win it, 19-16.

BC has beaten VT 2 of the last 3 times they played them. Unfortunately for them the one time they did lose, ACC CG, cost them a lot of $$$.

I don't see the Eagles going into Chapel Hill and winning next week, but it should be a good game.

I hope they don't, but after the way we mailed it in today anything's possible. BC's been playing some good ball so Carolina had better be ready play for 60 minutes and not just 58 like they did today.

BTW, BlackHitachi,

a few other things:

1. Was this Oregon's bye?

2. I know Tech and Texas are rivals, but I'm sure you are reveling in the misery of Texas A&M
