Have to go to aunt's house tonight for LSU/Bama and be surrounded by a ton of Bama fans, thats always fun. Go Noles! It's already started for me at work, every conversation Monday
about "we knew Oregon couldnt handle Bama" ended with "and FSU can't either". I just calmly reminded them they had to beat LSU, Auburn and win the SEC, so stop worrying about what FSU is doing (I could care less what Bama is doing, I just want FSU to saty undefeated). I'm kinda hoping there is a Bama loss, not because I dislike them, just because the fans around here already had their parking lot reserved in Pasadena in Sept (in their mind). Time for a reality check I think. Luckily my wife is one of the most die hard, but rational, Bama fans I know. You wanna hear something funny, ask her if she thinks AJ is a Heisman candidate. My philosophy is one game at a time, and what happened last year has no bearing on this year.

This week is Wake, so I want the Noles to step on their neck.

Good talk by Saban on Gameday. I like that he, Jimbo, and many other coaches are realistic and smart about the teams they play. Some coaches have no personality, or sound like complete homers when they talk.

Also seems now that the Ducks were exposed, Baylor is the new ESPN prop up team. Nothing against Baylor fans, but ESPN has a bad habit of trying to make things where they arent. I reckon thats part of tv and drawing an audience, but it annoys me.

Kinda like Pollack Thu night telling Palmer that Stanford winning at home vs Oregon was more of a beatdown than FSU's 52 pts in Death Valley. Um kay. Everyone forgets Clemson beat a healthy UGA.

Im a little shocked at that. Mizzou and Auburn are rolling.

FSU's offense was flat to end the half, and then to start the 2nd half. Winston should not have even thrown the one pick IMO, and my worry are these "easy" games and the fact the D is so good they arent having to work under pressure. I know Coker is playing with the second string, but he has been flat as well. I guess Winston could be a slower starter at times, just looking at the Miami game.

Defense is just playing great and we have some serious ball hogs in the secondary, hope the offense doesnt get complacent.

FSU beat Clemson AS A ROAD TEAM. Stanford has a double-digit home winning streak.

Oh, and Stanford's loss to Utah at some point is gonna bite them in the you-know-what.

If Baylor passes them it may not be temporarily. Baylors next 2 games are against ranked teams in texas tech and the real osu and who knows texas may be ranked again by the time Baylor finishes the season against them in 4 or 5 weeks. My opinion if Baylor wins out they will definitely pass Ohio St.

Baylor will lose at LEAST 1 of them games and will then drop back in the pack to never be heard from again.

I just can't watch sports if they aren't live. It takes to much away from it to me, and I don't feel like I can "impact" the outcome as it's already happened. Lol.

ESPN is once again incorrect on stats - VT has played a game in the rain, rain so damn hard (I was there) that it felt as if someone was standing behind me with a full blown water hose running on my back. This would be the Marshall game in which it rained steady for 2 quarters than poured down for 4 overtimes.

I don't even watch espn anymore for the shows, just the games ...

Got too tired of Mark May and his efforts to influence people about Ohio State ... it's happened since he came on board, so it's not anything new.

well no it was during the game they kept saying neither team has played in the rain this year.... totally incorrect.

When VT doesn't turn the ball over they are unstoppable this year, the defense is playing lights out and when the offense clicks its great to watch. The last two losses were just stupid and sad to watch when the defense plays that good with still great stats from the offense as far as total yards and so on but with that many turn overs you just can't win. Miami is still a decent team here and I'm pulling for them to beat Duke next week.

Illegal formation on a punt, 5 yard penalty, this foul was before the play, it should be loss of 5 yards, not 5 yards added to the end of the kick when the players down.
