NBA Basketball 2009-10 Season

The Knicks lost at home by 50.

The Nyets might have the worst single-season in NBA history.

LeBron wants to win a title- those teams are clearly not the way to go.

It is so sad how bad that franchise has become. It is not good when the team in the most important city in the western hemisphere is so bad it could barely beat a team from a rec league. And I TRULY hate the Knicks.:(

Then yesterday the Knicks beat the T-Wolves by 27. How bad does that make the T-Wolves?!

PS. Next up for the Timberkittens? Your Cleveland Cavaliers, tonight at Quicken Loans Arena. For the love of God, hide the woman and children!

Which team are you talking about, the Knicks, or the Nets?

The T-Wolves are still a "never was" team.

The Knicks have a payroll cap commitment of only $27 million for next season, but $11 million of that is Curry's player option. The Knicks could simply give him, say, $10 million to not exercise that option and thereby reduce their payroll to $16 million. Also, $7 million of that 2010-2011 cap figure is a player option to Jarred Jeffries, which could also be bought out, reducing their cap figure to $9 million, or they might decide that Jeffries is worth $7 million. Either way, they can afford to pay two new players "the max" and buy a good third player, and they would then become an even more desirable destinaton for any 30-ish player who wanted to play for a championship contender and would be willing to accept a mid-level exception salary of $5 to $6 million. Basically, New York's salary cap situation, coupled with the fact that is already one of the four most desirable addresses (Chi, LA, and Miami being the others), gives them the opportunity to "reload" immediately.

it's one thing to lose at home ...it one thing to lose by alot....but to lose by 50 at home....wow....

Oh, I see, you're basing your entire statement on one game. Got it.

I thought you were joking but talking about the Nets. Now I see it's just salsa being salsa.

Good one...

That is the second dumbest fine I've ever heard behind when Clinton Portis was fined $5,000 for wearing red socks instead of white.

IT'S A FREAKING WATER BOTTLE!

the all-star game is a joke. the fact that David Lee didn't get in will probably keep me from watching it.

on another note, its nice to see kobe playing well the past two games.
