NBA 2012-13 Season

Celtic's Brazilian rookie Fab Melo set an NBA D-League record with 14 blocked shots as part of his triple double. He is raw, but under Celtics control for four seasons, with team options of about $1.4 million and $2.3 million in his third and fourth year.

Right now, the Celtics have about half a dozen serviceable guards but no stud. Garnett and Pierce are at the stage of their careers where, once very couple of weeks, they have a big game and supporters say, "See, they've still 'got it' ", but they don't.

Loved Fab at Syracuse.

Why would Dallas "waive" him? Isn't Fisher's alternative to retire, and if he does, dosen't that end Dallas's oblogation to pay him?

Derek Fisher asked for it if you read article :D :) No telling when if he will sign somewhere else when he heals :)

Getting ready to watch the Celtic's to play a Christmas day road game for the 5th straight season.

Gimme a break, Stern!

Who ever decided those Christmas day uniforms were a good idea should be fired. You could not make out anyone's number watching on TV. The Lakers white was especially atrocious.

Anyone who thinks he kicked Sessions in the groin ON PURPOSE...Nevermind:rolleyes: Anyways, you can clearly see that when he got fouled by Sessions, he tried to gain his balance by swinging his leg forward so he would not fall backwards. I have done it myself a couple of times...the UNFORTUNATE thing was that Sessions was in front when he swung his leg. And if anyone's was in front of me when I lost my balance, he would have been kicked in the nuts too!

LOL. Nice excuse.

Nothing Wade ever does is ON PURPOSE, I guess.

He's dirty, you know it, the whole league knows it.

Salsa, he retaliated against sessions. The guy was getting on wade and he lost control of his emotions. I love wade and have cheered for him since day 1 but that was intentional.so what if wade is a bit of a dirty player? theres a few in the league starting with Kevin Garnett.boston loves their KG and we love our wade. I couldn't care less what others outside of Miami think about wade. out of all the incidents he's been involved in there's only one which I will never agree with the idea wade was trying to injure the other player. Setting my emotions aside,my eyes tell me that was never the case after watching it over and over again. All the other ones IMO wade is guilty of questionable reactions. Funny thing is he wasn't always like this but it's not a big issue for me.

that's how I see it. No one else has to agree with my point of view..

That's you Rey. Do I think Wade is dirty? No, but I do think he does retaliate when he is fouled hard and had had enough. It is well known around the league how teams that are known to be physical, try their best to be extra physical to the point past dirty to push the Heat into ...retaliation. In that case, I think he might of been retaliation.

Do you honestly think the ref would have allowed them to continue talking to each other AND allow Wade to go TO Sessions if they thought he was dirty?! If anything they would have tried to SEPERATE THEM than allow him to go talk to Sessions. The ref try to DEFUSE situations, not escalate it by allowing a "dirty player" to go to players when he wants.

I read this and it goes back to the reputation of teams LIKE the Celtics who like to get physical...and the moment they get it thrown BACK AT THEM, they cry "dirty"....ala, the Indiana Pacers last year. As stated in my post to Rey, it is well known since Lebron was joined with Wade, that they are slashers and no one wants slashers driving at will on their team. He'll your own coach, encourages that you "have to put a body to anyone that drives to the basket...." We all know what THAT MEANS...does anyone call your coach dirty for encouraging tough play? No because Doc knows that if you are physical with teams, you better not bitch about others getting physical back. The only ones that bitch are the players and fans like you when you team gets punched right back in the mouth after it has been punching all night long.

I find it ironic that Rondo calls Wade physical. ..."kettle meet pot....."
