Nice 3D set.. too bad no NBA games are in 3D. Prob just the finals with Miami vs Clippers??? Haha Miami for sure, Clips need alot of work to get there.

Hey can one of you NBA folks confirm something for me (I watch very little NBA)
So I'm watching the Minnesota/Michigan college game on ESPN and Dickie "1987 called and wants it gimmick back" Vitale is doing the game
So they're talking about how Michigan has Glenn Robinson III and Tim Hardaway Jr on the team.
But Dickie V keeps calling Tim Hardaway Jr "Penny".....I could have sworn Tim Hardaway Sr and "Penny" Hardway were 2 different people?

apparently this week ESPN is going to old college buildings because they keep hyping Saturdays Gonzaga/Butler game from the Butler Fieldhouse (or whatever its called) yet the building they are in tonight (Williams Arena AKA The Barn) opened before that (back in 1928)LOL!!! LOVE it!!!

For all the scrutiny LeBron's first Heat team got, they were never below .500 other than 0-1. At least they actually beat the scrubs!

Miami won 18 of 20 after that 9-8 start ....I do not see the Lakers going on one of those streaks any time soon.
The Lakers have $68 million committed next year to Kobe, Gasol and Nash, and another $11.5 million to Blake, Duhon and Meeks. That's $80 million when the cap will surely still be under $60 million. They will be "permitted" to give nearly $20 million to keep Howard, pushing their payroll up to $100 million, and they can resign any of their other players, but that is not a good cap situation to be in.
Not as bad as they are old. There very little athleticism on that team... And Kobe has never been the kind that elevates other players, and that is now coming back to haunt him.
