The difference is simple TO ME. Neither one wants to give up the position of "alpha dog" on the team. Amare has ALWAYS wanted to be "the man" going back to the days on Phoenix. Yeah he said all the right things about getting 'Melo to be a Knick but his ego cannot handle it. I figure once Baron Davis starts playing...he will come some nerves and get the ball to the right person at the right time.

Check out the uniforms for the Memphis Grizzlies-LA Clippers game. I didn't exactly catch why they were wearing the retro unis,I thought they said something about the ABA,which if that's true,why didn't they also bring out the old red white & blue basketball?

If the Grizzlies & the Clippers were going to wear retro uniforms honoring old ABA teams in both LA & Memphis,would it really have been such a distraction to also use the old red,white,& blue ABA basketball?
