NBA 2008-09 Season

What a cheap and tainted way for the Pacers that was.

I hope karma bites them in the ass and they get blown out next game!

In all fairness, the reason the game was tied in the first place was because of a nearly identical call with .4 seconds.

Mike Brown was livid after the game. I just listened to the post-game presser. He will most likely be fined after bashing the bad calls by the refs.

With that said, you can't let the game be so close for the refs to be able to decide it in the first place. Bottom line, the Cavs didn't play well enough to win.

Both calls were bogus, so it really had no affect on the outcome of the game.

Shaq collects Peanut Butter to give to less fortunate

Shaq is in town (Cleveland) for a matchup tonight with his Phoenix Suns vs. the Cavs. Yesterday, he took time out of his day to attend a local fundraiser to help collect more than 3,000 sealed jars of peanut butter for food boxes to be distributed by Feed The Children to needy families around the country.

First off, I commend Shaq's efforts. He's always been a great ambassador to the game. Great cause and intention.

With that said, PEANUT BUTTER?! Of all the things he could work to donate to this charity, peanut butter?! Hasn't he heard of all the food recalls and somenilla outbreaks recently because of peanut butter? Really Shaq?!

Oh for crying out loud...you couldn't be more biased and wrong if you tried!!!...

I was at the game last night, and if anything, both of the calls at the end of the game were consistantly......BAD!!!...

The call on Grainger that sent James to the line was just as bogus as the one on James!!!...

At least HD got it right!!!...;)

NOTE TO HOMELESS: Stay away from Shaq's Peanut Butter!

Remember when Mo Williams had that 42-point game a while back? (I know it was against the joke that is the Sacramento Kings, but for someone not named LeBron to have a 40-point night for Cleveland was stunning)

Well, it's deja vu all over again.

Against the Suns, who had been playing decent basketball recently, he has gone off for 44 points!

Yeah, Mo Willy had an awesome game. 44 points and 7 assists. You think the doubters (ahem, Mr. Stern) will now give Mo the proper respect as a well deserving All-Star this weekend? Last nights' performance again, proved his worth.

Great win too for the Cavs. Coming off back-to-back losses for the first time this season, it was imperative to get back on track before the All-Star Break.

This 6-game break couldn't have come a better time either. We have several players nursing injuries and the time off can be used to heal and fuel up for the 2nd half.

Good luck in Phoenix LeBron, Mo and Mike Brown.....
