Harper is a genuine can-do. He was better than his numbers. He was a young Kirk Gibson, but with more talent.

Harper deserved it. But I agree the hype was a factor.

Trout was many times better, but Harper got more attention. Perhaps another example of east coast bias?

I am very happy R.A. Dickey won. As a Mets fan, you dont have a lot to root for but I was rooting for Dickey to win. I just hope they dont trade Dickey now but they might have too and may have no other choice.
