MLB POST SEASON 2010

I finally tuned into the game starting in the 8th inning. Talk about Yankee magic...they ripped the hearts right out of the Rangers and their fans. But there is still another inning for them to recover.

Yup, typical yankee game, they start playing in the 7th and do what it takes to win by the ninth .... ugh.

One thing the Yankees might be concerned about- Sabathia.

He did not look good tonight- the offense had to dig the hole C.C. buried them in earlier in the game.

He has to pitch better his next start- he's played with fire twice and nearly got burned.

Sabathia is 6-4 with an ERA around 4.50 BEFORE tonight....

Jimbo....no one was talking about match-ups...;) Of ALL the teams that made the playoffs, that WS would have been quite possibly the lowest rated Championship Series for ANY SPORT in the history of television.:(

I guess we will never know, now will we.

Have to give the Rangers a lot of credit, coming back with a win after last night's collapse. Now they have Cliff Lee going in game 3 Monday night in the Bronx.

A couple incredible streaks ended with today's Rangers win.........

* It was the Rangers first EVER postseason win against the Yankees.....after 10 straight losses

* It was the Rangers first EVER win at HOME in the postseason. They were 0-7 going into today's game.

Its all good kids...yup, felt the pressure going into the game last night but the boys got her done. Both have great pitching, I just do not fear that Giants Lineup, how many is that little buuger Cody gonna hit anyway, I say check the freakin bat!!

Easy there guy, Ross hit 14 this year, a few in the post season will do him good.
He's a damn good ball player.

Rangers win 8-0 and lead series 2-1.

Cliff Lee is pitching out of his mind right now!! He became the first pitcher in MLB history to have 10+ Ks in three consecutive postseason starts.

Think of it this way: the Rangers need to win one of the next three games, and then they'll have Lee on the mound for a chance at the pennant at home in game 7.

I want to see Cliff Lee go head to head against Roy Halladay in the World Series. I hope that the Rangers can defeat the Yankees,AND the Phillies defeat the Giants in a way that allows a game one match up between these two pitchers.
