Just saw FSD updated their HD Tigers schedule. Its now 100% HD!!!(except for FSD+ games
The Full HD for the Tigers is GREAT news, but your attitude towards the Wings has to CHANGE ........ NOW .
The Wings have been the hottest NHL team since the Olympic break and are firmly in place for a playoff spot now.
Well, mostly firmly, I suppose they could lose the rest of thier games and not make it.
That said, they are on a GOOD roll !
Any word as to if FS D + is going to be in HD ?

I think you'll be good, as mentioned they will pop in closer to Monday, possibly as late as Sunday even.
The NFL ST works that way as well, games pop in very late in some instances.

Yup, you are absolutely right.
It use to be that way every year while I was growing up, till ESPN was allowed the Sunday night game.
I am pleasantly surprised and happy, the Tigers game that always starts at 1:05 on Monday is scheduled for a 4 pm start and because of that I can watch it live, haven't seen an opening day Tigers game in many years.
You're right, and the traditional AL opener was always in Baltimore. They should have NEVER broken those traditions.........just like Turkey Day should always be in Detroit.
This opening the baseball season on a Sunday night is stupid! :rant:

That being said, daytime temps Sunday in Boston (this year's Sunday night opener)...........near 80!

I've noticed that ESPN is NOT calling it opening day, but the return of Sunday night baseball.

There was an article last week in one of the Boston newspapers heavily criticizing ESPN and MLB for taking Opening DAY away from Fenway Park.
For the record, I completely agreed with the article
But that tradition didn't start until after the Washington Senators moved to Texas.

I never get to see the ESPN game when the Tigers are on, from time to time I would like to, so I can see what the opinion of the rest of the peoples ideas are of the Tigers instead of just the local guy's.
I don't. They never know anything about the Tigers and they always root for the other team, at least Fox Saturday Baseball does. I love Rod and Mario!
I've seen a LOT better than Mario and Rod.

Just emailed em. They wrote back:
"As soon as cable companies allocate an HD channel for FS Plus. Currently DirecTV and AT&T U-verse are able to show some Plus games in HD. We hope other cable companies will soon follow suit. We're ready to deliver as soon as they can accommodate."
not sure. The Tigers schedule doesn't say so. seems like they want all of their providers to carry it before they launch it.
Just read the Twins home opener will be on MLB Network this Friday, so everyone can see their shiny new stadium.

When your game is on ESPN over the year, is your ESPN blacked out in favor of the RSN's ?
I'm guessing it is.
What about opening day, is ESPN blacked out then as well ?
