MicroHD vs USALS

I'm confused about my situation with the MicroHD not being able to operate or communicate with Motor. I've had this unit for over a year with no problems until now. Yesterday I switched to my Manhattan and everything worked just fine. I did notice, when I was using the Micro, that I had no juice going into the motor. Will a factory reset take care of this issue?

This got me thinking, if we were to turn off "LNB POWER", would the sat-in still send to the motor?

In your position, i'd just unplug everything and reconnect and see what gives.

LNB power must be on to output power from a STB. How could a motor move without power?
