ONLY RECEIVING HORIZONTAL TRANSPONDERS SAME AS VERTICAL ...LNBF BSC621

Hi Guys

I need some desperate HELP .
I have a new LNBF BSC621 hooked up on a 12 feet cband dish and using a FTA PANSAT 2700A

But when blind scanning for example SATMEX5 i only receive Horizontal transponders and again VERTICAL transponders the same as the H . so i dont recieve the VERTICAL ones .

Any one knows what iam doing wrong is it the new LNB or is it the DISEQ switch . I DONT KNOW

PLS let me know what i can do . need those vertical transprders too.

Can you get Vertical TPs when manually entering, or does it only happen when Blind Scanning?

tried putting them manualy but also wont do it

To eliminate the Diseq switch, just remove it out of the system and have a straight run to the lnbf. A Diseq switch means you have other antennas, do you have the same problem with other lnbs? You can check if the 2700a is outputing the polarity switching voltage to the lnbf by checking the center wire on the coax. When you switch polarities, the dc voltage should change from approx. 13 volts to 18 volts. Good luck.

Is this something that started only after installing the BSC621?
Is the Pansat slaved to a 4DTV or Analog receiver?
