Just upgraded to hd free for life on january 25

I upgraded to hd free for life on january 25 with a 24 month contract, can I cancel it and do it with no contract cause it's under 30 days?

No. Don't know why you think you could. There is no 30 day "return" policy. And if you did, you'd pay to terminate.
