Of course...the best pinch hitter in the majors is MUCH more valuable than the second best pitcher in the majors...

I do not coach little leagues. I coach high school boys in a program that could probably put about 90% of all the other high school programs to shame. And some of the teams I have would do quite well against college teams.
Do not be little what I do with these young men....makes you look childish and quite snobbish. I am sure if you were to belittle what the coaches do with your nephews/nieces as far as self esteem and confidence....it would go quite well and you would very well liked....
