Is this the beginning of more hockey blackouts?

Hopefully we're not seeing the beginning of blacking out replays of the NHL games.

Here in Hawaii, it appears that all of the Penguins games replays are now blacked out in the multi-sports package (RTPT). I don't really care about the Penguins. I'm only interested in some of the teams they are playing. So far, it appears only RTPT is blacking out the replays.
On a somewhat related note - I just wrote to NHLN to find out why they blacked out the BlackHawks game vs. Anaheim last night. Anaheim and San Jose are always blacked out on the RSN's that claim Hawaii as their territory. This would indicate that the NHLN telecast should have been in the clear.

Have they shown Hockey replays in the clear in the past? They don't for Baseball.

I think it was fall 2010 where FSNPT (now RTPT) started blacking out Pens replay broadcasts. I remember it distinctly as it was before I had "moved."
