Is there a new promo coming?

I heard a month or so ago that there may be a promo for BUYING an HD receiver starting Feb 1. Is this true? If so are there any details?

There are always new promotions coming. You can "BUY" any DISH receiver that you want to own the price is quite a bit higher than leasing and most people find there is no advantage to owning a product that can only be used on a DISH system.
