Installer for Directv

Just wanting to post so far, my install for our mover's connection is going well. The installer is going to mount the dish directly on the balcony without penetrating the building. He called at 12:15 to see if I wanted to go ahead and have him come out. My install is set from 1-5. That's good service. Unfortunately I wasn't home at the time, so we set a time for 2pm. He showed up right on time.

Comcast sure could take a good lesson at this.

Installer just finished up. 45 min is not bad at all. Both my receivers are getting signals better than they did in Indiana. I am very happy with this install.

The installer did tell me that his company is exclusive to this area, so boba may know him.
