How can I change TV2 CH out on 625?

I have a 625 receiver and currently TV2 channel is set to 73. How can I change it to 60? I can put the TV on channel 60 but not 73. It is set to air not cable.

I just want to change the channel out on the receiver setup but cannot find where to do it.
