They'll try to get you to upgrade but they are still available. It's 50/50 if a tech will have one on hand. Best way is to get them to send replacement in the mail and then if you need assistance setting it up call back and they will send a tech to connect it.
Also if it's on air channel 60 you can try changing it to cable channel 73. The cable channels usually have a better picture quality than air and it's possible it may make enough difference that you don't need to replace it.
