HOPPER SNAP

This a very minor issue, but after moving my testing Snap from one H2 to the other H2, the first H2 reminds me the Snap is not there every time it's turned on until I hit "Select" to clear the message. Neither a soft or hard reset cleared the message. I fully intend to add a second Snap when they become available after the dual Hopper issue is resolved, but I'm wondering if anyone can think of anything else to try short of a factory reset?

Bow to the East, pray to the West, hike hike hike and wait to buy or get a second one.

Well Dish came through!! Downloaded U717 on to my HWS last night. Just checked our SJ (superjoey) and it is now as fast as the HWS was after installing the SNAP a while back..
Good job Dish and thanks again to Scott for sending me one :)..

Any word when will they will be available for the public?

If you have 3 Joeys of any kind linked to a HWS you really need to upgrade to a Hopper 3. :)
Yeah, your HWS only has 3 tuners. If you are watching something on the Hopper and maybe recording one program you only have one tuner left to watch on 3 Joeys. Hopper 3 will fix that for you! :)
