Hopper problem

I hooked my hopper back up and Chris with Dirt turned it on for me. got a weird problem we cannot figure out i can run a check switch got a good signal on 31.5 and 72.7 but i cannot get any of the high numbered channels
nothing above 1000 anybody got a idea what to do.

What channels are you looking for? The only regular channels above 1000 on a Hopper are the PI channels in the 9000's.

i was thinking there was better picture quality on the higher channel's one of the channels is my local channel Wsb on 6365.

The higher numbered channels on VIP receivers are just mapped down to the lower numbers. The actual broadcast is the same. On the Hopper the higher numbered ones aren't there. :)
