Hopper not updating guide

New to the Forums.

I was looking at my scheduled recording and noticed it did not go past Monday 6/11, so I went to the guide and it stops 6/11 at 1130 pm. I had called dish and all they had me do was unplug it for 10 seconds and do a "Check Switch", then told me they have to send a tech out. Was wondering if anyone has had this problem and may know how to fix it.

It happened once on one Hopper. It also stopped showing timers and scheduled recordings. I reset the box and it fixed itself overnight - guide, timers and scheduled recordings restored. Other subs have reported similar behavior.
 
Something may have happened yesterday. I had the full guide in the morning but last night, when checking for a future show, it stopped at Monday night. Overnight the guide updated normally and it's OK today.
 
Well changed the update inactivity standby back to 4 hours and it seemed to fix it. I had it set for disable figured it just stopped it from standby.mmIt still asked every day to allow it to update, but guess it wasn't.
