Hopper is a strange device

Hopper and Joeys have been working great since I got S221. A couple of days ago my wife wanted caller ID enabled so I connected the phone line and enabled caller ID.
Everything continued to work fine until we received a call. After the hopper displays the caller ID the Joeys will no longer change channels, just give a black screen. Hopper reboot solves the problem until another call is received, then, same issue.
I did some further investigation (calling my home from my cell phone) and the issue is present as long as there is a phone line connected to the Hopper and caller ID is enabled.
No phone line, everything works teriffic.

Hmmm... That is interesting. I had a CSR tell me to disconnect the phone line from my 922 permanently one time when I had a problem (this was two months ago). Since the software for the Hopper is so similar, I wonder if there is a link. My Hopper is acting strange since the update. No channel or program thumbnail pics.
