Hopper and Joey are intermittent

I had a 2 hopper and 4 joey install, and after 2 weeks the customer says one hopper and at least 2 joeys are intermittent. There is one hopper that seems to be trouble free, other than there needing to be a software version update? or changing out the duo node for another?

Is there any other troubleshooting steps?

By intermittent do you mean 1303 or whats happening? Have you tried linking the intermittent Joeys to the consistent Hopper to see if they will link and if the problem goes away? How are the Hoppers connected to the Internet? Do you have bridging enabled on either of the Hoppers?

I will check to see if they are on the same side of the node as the working hopper, there currently isn't internet hooked into the system.

Sometimes it can be all but one(hopper) that is working, I will replace it with a duo node.

Press YELLOW button - click Diagnostics - click System Status on all receivers. Do all receivers have four green bars under MoCA?
