To me, not getting the distribution after more than four weeks is a good indication that it's been stopped. I've always received it within two weeks.....The reason why I asked is because a lot of the earlier discussion revolved around the claim that distribution of the new version had stopped. If multiple attempts at a manual update have failed, that is a good indication that distribution has actually been stopped. If manual updates still successfully install the new version, then distribution has not been stopped. There is a huge distinction there.
