I can't remember, but I saw Joe Willie throw six in one game toward the end of his career in New York. Why I remember he was 36 of 42 in a loss and all six of the interseptions were tipped balls. I also remember Dick Anderson of Miami intercept Bradshaw early in his career 4 times. I think 2 were for touchdowns, and Dick was one slow dude.
I remember Vinny Testaverde throwing well over 30 INTs (don't remember the exact number) when he played on Tampa Bay one season in the late 80's.
In the glory days of the AFL the great George Blanda and Kelly Tripuka's dad Frank both liked to pass to the other guys.
I assume they combined ratings of regionalized first-round playoff games in 1982, thus eliminating them from this question.
