Forcing Hopper 2000 to take software download

I am unable to budge this box from S057 software version. Any ideas before I replace it?

There's nothing you can do to force update it.

Do a whole home reset and leave the Joey disconnected till hopper is up and running. The coax followed by power to the Joey. Then leave the Joey in standby for thirty minutes and it should pull the software. Also ensure the Hopper has available Joey software by checking system info on the Hopper
