I am new to BB@Home used to be a Netflix customer. The first disc was slow to arrive but the return only took about 3 days. The second disc again took about 4 days to arrive and I returned it the next day, which was last friday and it still shows not received. I did the help ticket and they are sending the next disc but I am worried they will end up charging me eventually.
I never had these issues with Netflix; it was a one day turn around both directions. Netflix also used the USPS bar-codes so they knew when you dropped the old one back in the mail. If it doesn't improve I will not be keeping BB@Home after the trial ends. That is unfortunate as the price is good for a 1 disc at a time system with streaming also.
