Dual tuner DVR failures??

Is anyone seeing wide spread failures due to bad phone modems and tuner input problems?

Smart card errors, bad modems, picture freezing, audio dropping out.

Has anyone seen a 122 error? (maybe it was 121) on a VIP 722.
The error message said something about an "internal communications error"

We currently have over a dozen dual tuner receivers that have dropped out, both HD and SD DVR's.


Either we got a bad shipment of receivers or there is a serious problem.

So I have lots of service calls and explaining to do with customers.
