Yes, that is entirely correct. Dish is now waiving the $5 fee for the first dual tuner receiver automatically. IF you subscribe to DDA/DHA.

This does NOT appear to be true!!! My service just started on Feb 6th, and they are charging my $5 month for not having my one dual DVR rec'r (a 722) not connected to a phone.
