Has anyone (yourself or Dish) atempted to send a programming hit? If there not appearing in the guide it could be an authorization issue as well, you can send one yourself every 15m in the app (Services > Outdoors > Wake up your receivers). You need to make sure not to change channels for a few minutes while the hit takes place, if programming is being downloaded and the currently locked sat/transponder gets changed it could cancel it (not much of a problem with multi-tuner boxes, but why risk it)
