Elon has launched a few early test models. And a larger launch is scheduled. I don’t recall the date but I think it’s next month.

That's just like the people who actually think receiving TV via an antenna is "illegal!"

I've never heard of anyone even remotely thinking antenna reception was illegal. That's all this country had for years and was brought in locally by businessmen back in the late '50s. OTA service is no longer available locally since satellite dishes became available they stopped maintaining the system. Charlie is actually friends with one of those same local businessmen whose friendship started back when the big dishes were popular.

It's the same clueless people lured in by the Free TV Key commercials, thinking that they are somehow circumventing the system. That product and advertising wouldn't work if there weren't enough clueless people.

the ramp up is another "test" batch of satellites.
This group will be bi-directional to earth but not satellite to satellite (mesh communication). The commercial satellites launches starting this fall will include the mesh communication systems.

Yes. And waited for the 108 post slot to do it. Of course not, it was reposted with a current date when I read it. Otherwise I would have never posted. After all, I'm the one that usually catches these things. But 107 posts.
