Dish already has the remote codes list up in a readable format on Tech Portal : Remotes : 21.0 IR/UHF Pro which has just now been added to the EKB: 2-way Remote page along with the interactive demo.
Did you go to the link you quoted? Here are the frame contents broken out to a separate page: Tech Portal : Remotes : Remote Codes
Every brand listed has at least 1 code on the same line.

I have updated the PDF file with much easier to read Remote Codes.
I used the link from Bobabird above on page 3. I highlighted everything and imported into a Word doc. Then deleted everything but my three devices. Now, all on one page.
Can you set this remote up for TV1 using the UHF for the Satellite, and IR for everything else? My 622 Receiver is hidden in a cabinet. I can do this right now, and I just wanted to make sure this remote can do this also before I buy one.
Search the Forum for "TV1 UHF"
Actually....most, of the remotes send out IR and UHF at the same time.Oh, generally Dish Network UHF remotes only do UHF for the Dish Network receiver

The picture of the new one, however, shows a manual slider switch under the battery cover.
That's probably a sign that it is either/or.
