Digital OTA will not lockon

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I presently get a 90% signal on one of my Digital OTA locals, Its an ABC station, the problem is it will not lock on the signal, this morning it was fine with a good lockon but now its in the red showing 90% signal strenth and no lock, the weather here is cloudy and rain has been like this all day. Would the weather effect this? all the other Digial OTA work fine with at least 90% signal and a lock. I live near Pittsburgh Pa.

If it locked before it could be a PSIP problem. Call the station and see if you can talk to one of their engineers.
