Looks to me from the poll that they only gave it to about 65-70% of the people who called, and then only if they called. So you had to ask and meet the criteria, and even then some people didnt get it.

I agree, t will be. The minute many of their customers are getting it for free and the administrative costs of having a bazillion people call them up asking for a credit outweighs the revenues earned from the fee.
