Credit Check if equipment owned

Hi I'm a full time rv'er and looking into dish network. If I buy and own a 722k receiver and also own the dish on my rv.

Does dish network still require a credit check? My credit is shot so I'm sure I won't qualify...

Also if I call dish network will they just activate me without requiring they send out an installer?

Yes you should be able to activate with no credit check since you own the equipment. The original reciever on my account was a 301 and was the first I activated and never got a credit check even though it wouldnt have been a problem if they needed to. Since then I have leased 2 722's and all I had to do was give them a debit card number.

Activate it under Flex TV and there is no SSN required. Just pay the first months programming!

under flex he will not have to if he doesnt mind the pay in advance option. if he wants to be post billed it will require credit check.
