Comcast’s brilliant new way to retain subscribers: Refuse to let them cancel

I got a fiber connection from them that they won't cancel.

Called American Express. Disputed the charges and put a block on my account from then.

Waiting for their collection department to contact me about the $6000 they say I now owe them
